Quality Mix is a concept of multitasking in quality culture management with the aim of overcome competition. In 1986, the founder of Business Initiative Directions (BID), Jose E. Prieto, created the pioneering Quality Mix concept.
In past decades, through its continued process of innovation, Business Initiative Directions has succeeded in becoming one of the first four world-wide organizations to implement Quality Culture in top local, national, continental and global companies.
The Quality Mix concept is made up of six groups of actions which blend to achieve a process of constant quality improvement.
This process consists of a systematic analysis of the entire life cycle of a product or service, in order to have an advantageous position facing competitors.
As an integral part of BID Quality and Leadership Recognition Program, companies and organizations that are selected to participate and that complete the Program, gain access to the Quality MIX actions.
This support represents 24 months of consulting and marketing actions, oriented to brand-building upon the values of Quality, Excellence, Innovation and Total Customer Satisfaction.
Quality MIX offers companies audiovisual and multimedia material that helps them build their brand leadership from Quality Culture, especially following the fundamental principles established in QC100, the Total Quality Management Model developed by BID.
All actions included in the Quality MIX are enacted under a prior agreement between BID and the beneficiary organization. These actions could range from social media campaigns to the production and editing of multimedia material for the promotion of your brand, products or services.
Behind BID’s Quality MIX is a team of corporate communication professionals and marketing experts that have been working with BID for the past 35 years through the main media ally of BID, the corporate communications media ImarPress. The contents of the Quality MIX program can be developed, on request, in five languages: English, Spanish, French, Portuguese and Russian.
BID Quality Mix model constitutes a breakthrough in marketing and communication, by combining organizational goals with a public opinion approach to internal and external communication.
