Optional program: Filming at World Quality Commitment Convention in Paris
Photographers and videographers will cover the event during the General Program to collect the maximum graphic material for publication.
BID has arranged for general filming of the event as well as special, customized filming options (see below) which will take place at the BID Convention in Paris through previous agreement and appointment only.
Final versions will be edited in DVD format, for use in multimedia or television.

Interview Option:
Interview of your company manager by journalist
This interview will last approximately 10 minutes and will consist of the questions about the relationship of your company with customers; your vision on your company's products and services; the future in your sector; and to whom you dedicate this award. This interview can be broadcast on television.
Note: Appointments with BID for video interviews must be made prior to October 7 .

Company Profile Option:
Presentation of your Company filmed in Paris
Your company may choose to present its activities, services and products in the format of a speech by your company's delegate. It should be under 1200 words and the edited version will be 10 minutes long. This presentation can be distributed to your clients and a target audience.
Note: Appointments with BID for filmed Presentation of your Company in Paris must be made prior to October 7 .

Quality Case Study Option:
Presentation on Quality filmed in Paris
Your company may choose to present a case-study about quality experienced in your own company.
It should be under 2400 words and deal with research in the areas of quality and excellence. This edited DVD presentation can be distributed to your clients and a target audience.
Note: Appointments with BID for filmed Quality Case Study presentation in Paris must be made prior to October 7 .

Important for filming options:
Minimum requirement: Ten days prior to the World Quality Commitment Convention in Paris 2010 your company must coordinate precise details through BID for the organization of your filming schedule in Paris.
